Recently a number of the team had the opportunity to attend the Royal Rehab Foundation Lunch, held at the fabulous venue, The Theatre Bar at the end of the Wharf, Sydney Theatre Co.  The weather was sensational as was the view of Sydney Harbour - however the opportunity to see the new EksoNR, a type of exoskeleton in action by the Royal Rehab team was truly amazing.  The advancement in technology has done so much to improve human lifestyle.  The exoskeleton uses the wearer's own weight bearing capacity to rebuild muscle mass and we all sat in awe as a young man, previously injured, used it to walk on his own at the event.

Congratulations to the organisers and committee members on the successful lunch and fundraiser, an important step in raising those much need funds for rehab equipment, therapy costs and living expenses.

Several of us at the table were lucky enough to walk away with raffle ticket prizes and silent auction wins.
