Key to Ray’s positive influence as General Manager of the JDV Projects’ business, is his alignment with the values of the organisation and the relationships formed over many years with clients and the team. This has been demonstrated in the unique manner by which he manages people, projects, financial control and systems implementation with a focus on mentoring and innovation.

Drawn to challenging and complex scenarios, Ray applies the same attention to detail to his communication to clients and project teams as well as project methodologies and construction strategies. As a result, Ray is instrumental in the smooth and cohesive operations of projects and peo-ple throughout the life cycle of the projects which extends well beyond practical completion.

With a qualification in Project Management, Ray brings over 30 years’ experience and expertise to JDV from operating a construction and project management firm in South Africa prior to emigrating to Australia, and then working with Tier 1 commercial construction companies across NSW. Ray’s experience, professionalism and communication style guarantee’s that our clients and project partners receive the best advice, guidance and service.
