Work has started in Southport on the offices of Australian Red Cross.  A full refurbishment of 2 floors of commercial office space, enabling the two Gold Coast branches to occupy this new space together in early 2024.

A Retro DDA compliant passenger lift is going in which includes associated structural works i.e. screw piles, concrete and structural steel and has been quite a challenge due to restricted access of the lift location and the unknown soil conditions. 

This new workspace will include new offices and meeting rooms, a new workshop for the maintenance and repair of mobility aids for the community, large open spaces for local communities to use when creating their hand sewn teddy bears that have long provided relief to kids who suffer traumatic events.

Finally a general joinery and furniture upgrade with cutting edge AV/Video conferencing systems.
