Working with the girls from Alkimi on this project, JDV Projects have delivered a leasing suite for Infrastructure and Property Group John Holland in the Glasshouse building, Macquarie Square at Macquarie Park. Taking the space from a concrete shell, the build incorporates boardroom, sales office and entertainment area, with detailed joinery, a mix of carpeted and solid timber floors within this cleverly created 230 sq metre space in the foyer of the building. The use of curved partition and glazed walls, sheer curtains, easy to use AV solution, feature lighting and quality finishes have given this multi-functional space a level sophistication and warmth.
