BaptistCare’s ILIFFE Centre at Macquarie Park needed a versatile and high-functioning business support centre that accommodates variable occupancy while serving as a collaborative workspace for project teams. JDV was engaged to create a dynamic and future-proof fitout that would support flexibility, enhance efficiency, and align with BaptistCare’s long-term operational strategy.

The transformation of the ILIFFE Centre required a highly adaptable workspace design, with JDV integrating multipurpose areas, collaborative work zones, and flexible workstations to support fluctuating workforce needs. A key advantage in delivering this project was JDV’s ability to draw on essential learnings from the Norwest office fitout, enabling a streamlined eight-week construction period at the ILIFFE Centre. 

The ILIFFE Centre project required significant refurbishment, including upgrades to accessible amenities, lift installation, and end-of-trip facilities.

The design, developed in collaboration with Alkimi Studio, carefully reflects BaptistCare’s ethos. It creates a professional yet welcoming environment that encourages teamwork and innovation. The result is an agile business hub that empowers BaptistCare’s support teams with a functional, adaptable, and inspiring workspace.
