Amenities Refurbishment, 465 Victoria Avenue, Chatswood
JDV Projects were engaged by Hines Global REIT to assist with refurbishment works over 4 levels in their asset located at 465 Victoria Ave, Chatswood.
Located in the heart of the Chatswood central business district, the project involved upgrades to base building bathroom and shower amenities, as well as an End of Trip Facility in preparation for the new tenant.
A contemporary and elegant design was created with a neutral palette contrasted with dark accents and warmth added through timber doors and partitions.
Soft lighting including concealed lights surrounding the mirrors, complete the overall upgrade which has revamped the facilities and repositioned the asset, within a cost-effective budget.
