Macquarie Square Leasing Suite

Working in collaboration with Alkimi Studio, JDV Projects created a new leasing suite for John Holland’s sales team to showcase the modern and flexible workspaces which feature 5-star Green Star design and climate resilient building technology.

Developing a display suite from a raw concrete shell, the area is cleverly designed to incorporate a boardroom, sales office and entertaining area.

Variation in finishes define the zones within the space along with welcoming curved partitions and glazed walls softened by sheer curtains and feature lighting. State-of-the-art AV supports the communication of the building’s features to prospective tenants which demonstrates a sense of sophistication and contemporary working styles.
