Over JDV Project’s 20-year partnership with SEEK, we have assisted them with tenancy procurement, management and design & construction for their evolving business.
Growing business
Following the completion of their significant fitout in North Sydney, JDV delivered the new workplace for the amalgamation of SEEK and Think Education (now Torrens University), comprising of 3,300sqm, over levels 2,3 and 7. The new work-place provides facilities for client interaction, training rooms, collaboration zones and café.
The office and workstation accommodation on each floor was carefully designed to include a staff retreat environment and break out and meeting rooms all equipped with state-of-the art technology with special con-sideration to air temperature and quality. JDV also provided construction methodology advice for the striking wall and ceiling wrapped panelling detail in their executive boardroom. In tandem with the construction of the new workplace, JDV carefully balanced programming and logistics to deliver the complete base building upgrades on level 3 for IN-VESTA whilst integrating the fitout for SEEK and Think Education.
In addition, the project required the technical co-ordination of a substantial con-trolled environment Comms Room incorporating a sophisticated VESDA fire detection and gas suppression system.
