As part of our enduring partnership with Torrens University (previously Think Education), JDV completed the refurbishment for William Blue College of Hospitality and Management in a 4,000sqm heritage Bond Stores bordering Sydney cruise terminal located in The Rocks.
The modern refurbishment, which also honours the original features of the pre-federation era warehouse, offers students top-of-the-range technological resources and custom-built facilities, including the multi-award-winning William Blue Dining which is a student run restaurant and serves public diners. The restaurant was the original Rockpool location, refurbished and converted to a training restaurant. The campus provides the latest in learning environments including open-plan spaces & classrooms for collaborative learning and campus wide Wi-Fi for agile working.
Set over 3 floors adjacent the Sydney Harbour foreshore, the William Blue College of Hospitality and Management represents one of (the 6) projects JDV have completed since (2010).
