Professor Tristan Yan is the Head of Robotic and Minimally Invasive Cardiothoracic Surgery Programs at the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital and the Sydney Adventist Hospital; Head of Thoracic Surgery Department at the Chris O’Brien Lifehouse; Clinical Professor of Surgery at the University of Sydney; and Professor of Cardiovascular & Thoracic Surgery at the Macquarie University.

JDV worked closely with Professor Yan and his team to create a unique and sophisticated consult suite based in the Tulloch Building in the SAN Hospital in Wahroonga.

With its deliberate use of timber with bold and high gloss black finishes intersected with calming green accents, the clinic takes a leap out of the typical medical fitout genre into an ambience that is a cross between hospitality and high end residential. The result is an atmosphere that is warm and welcoming for Professor Yan’s patients, guests and staff.
