St George Oncology Associates

St George Oncology Associates engaged JDV Projects to prepare a complete revitalisation of their current consulting suite within the St George Private Hospital, which had not been refurbished in over 20 years.

The team at St George Oncology wanted their patient focused philosophy translated into the new design demonstrating a professional and informative experience through a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all their patients and visitors.

A prerequisite for the project brief was to create two identical consulting rooms both is size and access to natural light. This new layout provided the opportunity to increase the overall flow of traffic and includes a bright and open reception and waiting area for a large number of waiting patients.

A functional kitchen area was also provided along with increased efficient storage. A soothing and colourful palette was used throughout combined with warm timber finishes creating a welcoming and contemporary ambience for patients, visitors and staff.
