Effie Douroudis
Contracts Administrator

Effie is a highly qualified and experienced Contracts Administrator who has recently joined the team at JDV. With a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree from UNSW and a strong background in contract administration, Effie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role. She has previously worked as a contracts administrator on both the subcontractor and head contractor sides and has worked with prominent clients such as Mirvac, Dexus and Lend Lease.

Effie’s passion for her work stems from her love for seeing projects come together from start to finish and being involved in the whole process. She is driven by delivering high-standard projects and takes pride in seeing the end result. Her key strengths include attention to detail, organisation, and the ability to plan ahead.

Effie’s logical thinking and planning skills, combined with her positive personality, enable her to anticipate issues and plan ahead ensuring that projects run smoothly and efficiently.
