An integral part of the team at JDV Projects, Sean has a Bachelor of Construction Management and Property, graduating with a specialisation in Quantity Surveying. He is an empathetic thinker with strong leadership qualities focussed on project team engagement and positive client experiences.
Sean’s career in the construction industry has progressed through several essential project roles, including Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator and now Project Manager at JDV.
Sean’s experience across these roles has given valuable insight and an overview of all facets of fitout and construction, allowing him to provide our clients with sound guidance and solutions. Sean has an exceptional work ethic and communication skills which he applies to forecasting projected trade costs during projects, as well as creating, tracking and delivering monthly cost reports and managing project variations.
