Tim is a dedicated and experienced Site Manager with over four years of supervisory experience in the construction industry. With a proven track record in managing complex projects, he has expertly overseen the construction of a clinic at St Vincent's Hospital and several re-cladding projects valued at up to $10 million. Before his tenure at St Vincent's, Tim worked as a Supervisor/Foreman on hospitality new builds and refurbishment projects. His expertise is further bolstered by his proficiency with Procore and Hammertech.

Tim's core strengths include exceptional customer relationship management, outstanding resolution skills, and a meticulous approach to process and time management. His ability to read plans, organise and manage sub-contractors, and conduct effective site meetings ensures seamless project execution. His conscientious and patient demeanour, combined with his willingness to learn and adapt, makes him an invaluable asset to the JDV project team.

In addition, Tim's background as an account manager in the telecommunications sector has honed his skills in customer relationship management, sales conversion, and team leadership, enabling him to consistently meet and surpass performance expectations against company KPIs and metrics.
